Interfacing Arduino UNO [ATmega328p] with PIC16F877a.

Question

Hi gaiz..

I'm planning to interface Arduino UNO with PIC16f877a controller which is connected to a 16*2 LCD Display..

I know I'm making it complicated but I'm supposed to use both ATmega328p as well as PIC Controllers in ma project..

So thought of Displaying characters in LCD using PIC which functions based on the ATmega328p controller...

Can someone please guide me on interfacing between these controllers...?
