In particular, MMA690xQ offers a robust AECQ100 automotive qualified design with very good performances in a small form factor.
• Robust because it has very good immunity to parasitic vibrations and a wide full scale range (+/- 3,5g or +/- 5g ) with high resolution (down to 3.43 mg/digit for MMA6900Q).
• Good performance: We offer Temperature stability over life and the entire automotive temperature range (-40 to 105°C). Offset error is +/-50 mg (MMA6900Q).
• Low noise: It provides an 11 noise free bit data output thus reducing susceptibility to PCB routing effect. Maximum noise is 140 μg/√Hz.
• Low detection threshold of 8.6 mg (acceleration) or >= 0.5° (angle). Angular resolution is highest near the horizontal plane: Between -10 deg and +10 deg, angular resolution is even as low as 0.2 deg (follows a cosine relationship) for MMA6900Q.
