Marko,
A possible solution for you is the Texas Instruments "WiLink" series chips. They house WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, FM transmitter/receiver, and GPS all in one package.

Another, The Broadcom BCM4329 offers WiFi support (a/b/g/n), with Bluetooth 3.0, FM transmitter/receiver, but no GPS.
There are many other solutions besides these. Felt I should offer the bigger company offerings.
As for hardwired ethernet to be included with the wireless options on a single chip, I will have to keep my eyes open.
In the mean time, see if you can handle adding an ethernet handling chip to your system. Some microcontrollers have a ethernet controller built on-chip, you might want to use that pair with one of the wireless chips above.
