Just recently I sent off another PCB order and found this interesting piece of information.
As of now they don't charge any extra fees for these colors: white,black, red, yellow, blue and green.

Interesting, their service seems to be identical to Seeed's, but with this free soldermask colour option 
Would like to see more manufacturers coming out with this, it's a really nice touch
