New Wireless module RTX 4100

Hi all,

 

Has anyone used new Wifi Module from a Danish company called RTX?

 

I am starting this discussion cause there is no info in the web for this module except company's web site whom documentation are very poor.

If someone has any idea or some examples to discuss and exchange some code examples it would be useful.Take a look at the following link to see the module.

    RTX41xx module family

    The module family includes:

    • RTX4100 module
    • RTX4140 module

     

    The RTX4100 offers 24 kBytes flash memory and 3 kBytes RAM for custom applications. The pin compatible RTX4140 features 512 kBytes flash and 64 kBytes RAM.

    Not a bad little module. this looks like they work with Energy Micro and the Gecko series of boards which have reviews/raod tests on Element 14. Based on the above, they probably use a Cortex M0 core. As to documentation I found Wi-Fi Documentation which is complete as far as I can see.

    Thanks for your response.

    Actually the mcu is Cortex-M3 EFM32G230. There is a documentation as you have seen but I think the library to make your app from scratch it isn't so detailed. Anyway the support from RTX is fine.

    I was wondering if there is someone from the forum who has made some custom app and has more info than I have since I am new in RTOs.
