Package For Diode Bridge

What packages do you all use for Diode Bridge Rectifiers for surface mount. I'm curious because there are not packages that I would expect to see for single diode bridge rectifiers. I see their are many options for 4-SMD packages, I do not see any single diode bridge rectifier SOIC packages(Why is this)? I find on Digi-key that 4-SMD packages max out at 2A for current, I would like higher current available, so thats why I'm asking what SMT package do you use or recommend for SMT?

I like SOT-23 or similar package with two diodes in series. You can use two of these to make a bridge. You get more layout flexibility than four diodes in a package. You can use the same part for voltage-clamping inputs elsewhere in the design, and use the part as a single diode by leaving one of the pins unconnected. This way you can use a single part multiple times, simplifying your BOM.
