Overview

Tech First Kit - Atmel - EVK1040A - Touch Sensor Controller - EVK.jpg

The EVK1040A allows the user to evaluate all functions of the AT42QT1040 touch sensor controller. The kit provides a convenient reference design and allows the user to visualize discrete touch buttons and LEDs for per channel touch indication. There are movable jumpers on the board so that the Adjacent Key SuppressionRegistered (AKSRegistered) functionality and speed settings can be evaluated. The EVK1040A is battery powered and works stand-alone. Connections are included on the board which can be used to access debug data from the chip.
