Anyone have a reference for wfv3918 wifi Camera UART commands?

Anyone have UART commands for the Ampedtech WFV3918 wifi camera?  Google came up empty. 

 

I've put in a message to their website, but they've been slow to respond language barrier.  The default docs are just to get it streaming to a IP video streaming app, but it boasts to have a developer UART interface and gives the pin map in the doc to connect to it.

 

I'm trying to get basic commands such as "start/stop recording to SD card".
