Is it possible to hook one single resistor for dual Transistor ?

Hey I am trying to construct a basic and gate and i was wondering if it is possible to use one single Resistor for both Transistor,just to turn a red Led ON

My Transistor type is  2n2222A I am using 10 K resistor for Biasing, 1K for collector , and  270 tor turn my Led light

My voltage input is Arduino 5v

    Your circuit will sort of work if the input voltages are high enough.

    The LED would still need a current limiting resistor.

    A better way would be to put the LED and output resistor in series between the top collector and your power supply.

    The emitter of the bottom transistor should be connected to ground.

    This way the input voltages don't need to be very high.

    What Doug is alluding to is the understand that the transistors are not logic device,  meaning ON/OFF devices by themselves. As the base of the transistor is biased it will cause the transistor to conduct. In your example maybe 5V you consider a logic "1" but the transistors start conducting at 3 V enough to light the LED. Moving the LED to the collector will still have this problem.
