hallo!

weiß jemand wo man die genannte Diode SPD9442 erhält, bzw gibt es vergleichbar Produkte?

Mein Interesse liegt an der Erkennung von Röntgenstrahlung und radioaktiver Strahlung.

The SPD9442 is made by Solid State Devices, Incorporated (SSDI) of La Mirada, California. I do not know their sales outlets, but you can contact them through their web site (http://www.ssdi-power.com) and ask about this. I do not know of an alternative device.

-take a look at Norwegian develope radiatonmeter: Vanary, cost in Jan.2012 is approx 200 € or 290 $. It looks like a mobilephone and fits into your palm. Different measurementsfunctions.
