    how about this:

    MFP1-3K3 JI - WELWYN - Through Hole Resistor, MFP Series, 3.3 kohm, 1 W, ± 5%, 350 V, Axial Leaded | Farnell element14

or, if the resistor is blown it may be under rated so use a 2W part such as:

    MCF 2W 3K3 - MULTICOMP - Through Hole Resistor, MCF Series, 3.3 kohm, 2 W, ± 5%, 500 V, Axial Leaded | Farnell element14

also you need to watch out for the voltage rating of the resistors, look at the datasheet before you buy or install. Do you have any idea of the voltage on the original resistor, it could be high in an old TV...Peter
