EC Glass

Hi,

I am very new with using of this hardware. My question is: my project is about using Arduino for smart windows which is an electrochromic glass, so I need to know exactly how much is the external power, Volts and AMP, of the Arduino uno in order to connect it to the glass? the glass is working with 12V
