Can anybody recommend me an exact replacement for the above cable? That one is available from Farnell, but is quite expensive and has to be shipped from the US.

That's actually a reasonable price, you'll have difficulty finding an exact replacement. The particular coax brand used is from a US manufacturer too. That combination of connectors and coax are unlikely to have a second source of manufacturer.
You could try to make something out of adapters and cable assemblies, but then it is not an exact replacement, possibly more expensive, and the difference could matter.
