i have tried several garment pattern making programs, most of them work ok, but the main problem is getting the body

measurments you need..If I have these I can draft a pattern by hand in 45 minutes.

I would like to use a cell phone to measure someone.  Take a short video and measure from the printed frame  I think can do this myself bud would like to have an app that could do it automaticly. 

Do you know if someone is working in this?

Of all the experts listed, I hope that you are the one that might be able to help me. 

We have an intruder alarm system that monitors the temperature of -80 deg C freezers in a room that is shared by three departments.  If any freezer rises above a certain danger level, the alarm trips and phones a mobile number with the message “alarm activation in freezer room”.  It gives no other information.  This means the phone holder has to attend the freezer room and either get the freezer back down to temperature or transfer specimens to another backup freezer. 

We wish to upgrade the system to one that has approximately 12-15 zones that can be split into 3 distinct areas which are associated with a phone number each.  The idea being that when an alarm trips, in a specific area, the correct number is dialled thus alerting the correct department.  I have looked through various manuals and it is not clear if any systems will do this.  Would you be able to enlighten me regarding this.

I am studying about ultrasonic signal and sensors. I have apply it in distance measurement, proximity, echo etc. However, looking at ultrasonic animal repellent what kind, types, or class transducer (sensor) can one use to give best result. please with physical description or part number.

This is the pressure sensor which we gonna use for our application for sensing pressure from the cheek

developed by tongue. By this sensor, can we accomplish our sensing requirement ??

Hope you can help me. I'm going to build a wind vane that senses wind direction. For this I need a rotary position sensor such as a potentiometer or encoder. Its going to be connected to and Arduino Uno

                  *360 degrees rotation without stop.

• • *Very low friction (free spinning)

• • *Resolution of at least 360 per revolution.

• • *Dead band of  up to 45 degrees is OK

• • *Ruggedness and durability is not of great concern, this is for an experiment.

• • *Bellow USD $50

I have looked at several online, but found many to be very expensive. I have bought a BOURNS 6639S-1-103, but it simply has too much friction .
