Based on data provided on ATS (Advanced Thermal Solutions) website, it is not entirely clear how to determine the proper fit of their "maxiFLOW/maxiGRIP-STD" Series BGA heat sink. I would appreciate a confirmation, whether ATS-50270P-C2-R0 heat sink can be fit to the following FC-PBGA;
- - AMCC PowerPC PPC440SPe
- - Package: 27x27mm, 675-ball, 1mm pitch, FC-PBGA
Other PPC440SPe package specifications can be seen in PDF document in attachment.
