I want To Build a CELL Phone Operated water Pump Controler with Digital Linear sensor to market commercilly , This should be Very Cost effective as the targeted Secrtor is Agriculture Field . I Lack Expert Knowledge in Electronics Designing , can' t Make My Own Block Diagram and Proceed Further , Also Cannot Afford To Hire Professionals as Fees comes very High , my Budget is very low , i have very limited Basic Knowledge in Electronics , I Humbly Request the Good Souls to Help me out , if i Ever Get Sucessfull i shall Definetly Consider your Help . All this might Sound Very Odd But This is my Position , Please Help Me
