power with accumulator - safe for wrong wiering accumulator

Hi,

I want to make a cicuit for 1, using accumulator to power, 2. charge this accumulator, 3. if wiering wrong to accumulator, the circuit will safe, and the accumulator also, and the charger also.

What can I do?

Let me suggest, if you are using a lead-battery that you employ an AGM type. "AGM" stands for adsorbed glass mat. These are far safer in the case of catastrophe. Lead-acid batteries are pretty tolerant of overcharging as they can dissipate a fair amount of energy thermally. But you don't want to.

Here is a good battery to use if there is any possibility of it hanging around discharged, not that it is at all desirable to do so:
