Need to replace this part but having trouble figuring it out.

Can someone link me to an equivalent component.

I am not sure, but may it be a varactor array protecting up to 1.7V?

It is likely just a MOSFET, they do come in 6-pin packages where the left four are the drain. Are the other two pins separate? If so, you could try replacing with any generic MOSFET once you know the gate voltage level (measure it with a multimeter or scope, depending on what the purpose of the device is) and amount of current you need to switch, etc..
There are websites google-able with marking look-up tables, but personally I rarely find what I need on those sites.
