LPC1343 and basic DALI control using NXP's DALI SDK testing software

Hello,

I've been trying to get the LPC1343 DALI Master Demoboard to send basic commands to a DALI driver connected to a LED armature. NXP's DALI SDK includes testing software to send commands over USB to the LPC1343, which should result in lighting changes. However, while the software recognizes the demo board and while it does receive the commands sent to it by the computer (as indicated by a blinking LED) the lighting it's connected to will not change its output, not with direct arc power control nor general commands (off, lighting up/down, etc.)

We've tried swapping the wires for DALI connectivity, updating the firmware on the LPC1343 and swapping out the DALI driver, all without result. Connecting a DALI-based dimmer to the driver instead shows that the driver and armature are fine, so I'm not sure where to start looking for a solution. All I'd like to do is at least get the dimming of the LED armature to work on the computer.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Please let me know if any required info is missing, or if I've posted in the wrong part of the forums/community. Thanks for your time!
