I have been searching the internet for a "hack" or project that would result in an automatic paper feeder for shredding lots of pages without having to hand feed each item to the shredder.
My first thoughts on this is to take some of the parts of an old inkjet printer (for feeding). User would be able to load a stack of paper; the paper would then be automatically fed to a shredder and turn off when the feed unit is empty.
I have boxes of old papers to shred and would like to have a feed mechanism that could be used with any off the shelf shredder.
