Kindly, help me . how can i find someone , who can help me in designing the PCB for meter.

I am planning to develop a Smart meter which works on DLMS protocol. I am looking for the communication modules to it such as RS232, GPRS , GPS, IrDA .

I am looking for a paid option. Where some one can help me in getting the right design so that I can buy the electronic components from element14 .

Hello,

IMHO it is better you start sharing - if possible - more details on the project here on the community, then discuss with all of us (who's interested) and then reach your focus taget with a good understanding of what you need. I think that the connection strategy and the right parts selection as well as the right power source for the various network components is most important in this phase than what strictly related circuit design.
