Tenma mod. 72-2550

Question

I have a question about this product that I bought few weeks ago. It works without issues with the USB cable provided, but when I use another USB cable, the product does not work. Is it normal? Is there a reason and a solution for this issue? Thank you so much for helping me.

Hi Matthew,

I would check the continuity of the conductors on the cord that isn't working. Don't forget to check the shielding, metal connector to metal connector also. Compare your results to the connections and continuity of the cord that does work. This should reveal what is causing the failure.
