Hi,
I just got a Beaglebone-Black-Wireless kit. I have powered-up the Beaglebone via a Linux-laptop and it works. However, I would like to connect the Beaglebone to a monitor and USB keyboard and mouse (as stated in the included instructions for setting-up the computer). The problem is that, after trying every cable and adapter I have access to, I simply cannot plug in any USB-cable into the Beaglebone at the same time that any micro-HDMI plug is plugged-in. The two, simply will not fit at the same time. The physical connectors (for the full-sized USB Host-port, and the micro-HDMI on the Beaglebone circuit-board) are on opposite sides, of the same edge of the circuit-board, and are just too close together for every pair of cables I can find. The connectors overlap each other enough to prevent both being plugged-in, at the same time. The only help I have gotten elsewhere is the suggestion to physically cut-down the cable-ends to try to make them fit. This can't be right. I know that many people are running this computer, and most of the instructions for using it, simply assume that the computer is hooked-up as a GUI-based, Linux computer, controlled with a mouse and keyboard. So, why can't I connect these devices? Or, where can I get USB, and micro-HDMI, cables that can both be plugged into the Beaglebone at the same time?
