Looks like it has a micro USB connector on it, so in theory you can use any mobile phone charger.
However, you might not need it, for one of two reasons:
(1) Some drives don't consume a lot of power, and can hang off without additional power beyond what the PC's USB port provides.
(2) Otherwise, just get a USB cable, plug it into a spare port on your PC, and plug the other end into the adapter. It might be safer than using an external mobile phone charger (especially because cheap no-name chargers could damage your PC..). Take time to consider which USB port you use, for instance some laptops offer more power on the USB port on the rear, than the ports on the sides. However, it is negotiated electrically/electronically, so depending on how the adapter handles it, it could be a moot point.
