help with the gas flow probe

hi i need help about the manufacturer of the gas flow sensor element, just like below picture:

it's platinum element, glass passivated, on base of ceramic.

I see the element used many in schmidt's flow sensor, does it produce by schmidt, or have other manufacturer?
