I have A TENMA 72-10500 power supply.

Tenma 72-1050072-10500 power supply. When i apply a load i can not get the power supply to read over .02 mA

    Hi Michael,

     

    There isn’t enough information to give an answer....

    • Did the unit ever operate properly?
    • What are the constant voltage and constant current settings ?
    • Does changing constant current make any difference?
    • Does the problem occur on both channels?
    • Does the voltage setting work properly?
    • What kind of load is it connected to?
    • Was there physical damage apparent to the box or unit from shipping?

    What other information can you provide?

    I'm your assuming you are new to the Element14 community according to your membership date. Welcome to our humble yet talented club.

     

    A number of members have a wealth of experience with PS's. The community members have done a number of RoadTests that involve PS. I'm confident you will get closer to a solution if you invest in what is being asked.

     

    Too get you closer to an answer you need to provide as much details as you can. I acknowledge some of the details will be throw away. The varied minds in this world approach problems differently.  If you think of this exercise as fishing in a lake you have no idea what fish are present or what they take as bait, I suspect you will spend some time examining the tackle box to maximize your efforts.
