Hi, I intent using an IRFPS40N60KPBE MOSFET. I need help matching a MOSFET Driver IC to this.
The application is to control a 180VDC 2.5hp motor (a reused treadmill motor). I have installed the motor into a small lathe, replacing the original 1/2hp AC motor. I am not fixed on the abovve MOSFET but this is the MOSFET that is on the original control boards.
I am not an electronics technician and need a little help getting the right match. Can you help me?
