Where do I find for flame retardant wrap material class V-1?

The purpose is to wrap a prismatic LiPol battery (3.7V/2400 mAh) - size 7.5mm x 48mm x 60mm.

Requested UL94 grade is V-1 or better.

I was thinking about heat shrink tubes or similar, but all I can find is targeted against cables, which seems to fall in different scale (i.e VW-1 etc.)
