Is there any simple way to understand large and small signal analysis for transistor and mosfets

I see by your profile your membership is newly minted. Welcome to the E14 community.

I read your question and pondered an answer. Transistors have specification sheets that provide details on the device. They provide graphs that show the performance of a device over a given parameters. I'm not sure of what you mean by large and small signal analysis. If your reference to large and small has to do with power capacity, that is a specification you would find in the specification sheet.

Can you provide some further details so we can flush out an answer?

By large and small I mean the frequency analysis. I had a doubt regarding the hybrid-pi models they make fo transistor. Like  is there any

Specific rules how they do hybrid-pi analysis.

Thanks for the above answer colporteur

I will have to tap out or not offer further assistance so to speak. I rarely, if ever challenge the technical documents provided with devices. I lack the capacity to make the challenge.

I had hoped my inquiry would have generated other responses. I believe a few of the minds at this site do have the capacity to help.

    Hi Keesari,

    Regarding:

"Is there any simple way to understand large and small signal analysis for transistor and mosfets"

There is a certain amount of complexity and only so much of it can be reduced. It sounds like a homework question.

Have you tried reading up on the subject, or asking a lecturer? The wikipedia page for it is helpful, and really doesn't look complicated to follow. For a deeper examination, check out a textbook. But it sounds like you don't want to go deeper..
