Tenma multimeter serial interface

Hi,

I have a Tenma 72-774572-7745 multimeter and would like to connect its serial port to a PC that does not have an RS232 port.

If I buy an RS232 to USB converter lead/module will the software supplied with the Tenma work with this alternative interface?
