I need the real dimension for the lead of the following component MCEMR-04-TMCEMR-04-T from MULTICOMP PRO, Datasheet only show length (0.7mm) i need width to create a custom library.
I can get that dimension from a step model

I can get that dimension from a step model
For the base of that leg 0.7 mm looks reasonable. The switch is pretty small.
Also, the datasheet contains a drawing for the recommended PCB footprint:
