Machine was running smoothly, but after sometime the power supply was off,when came back operator tried to start the machine,but now the interface is not showing any information

This will be a difficult situation to diagnose. It would helpful if you could give more information on the machine and perhaps some pictures.
Your best bet of all would be to contact the manufacturer's tech support as they have likely seen similar problems from other users and can tell you what is needed to fix the problem. In the meantime you could have your technician open the machine and pull the boards one at a time and inspect them for any obvious damage. Also check all fuses. If you find a fuse that is blown you can replace it once. If it blows a second time you must find the source of the problem before replacing it again. Each time a fuse is replaced the damage to the board and machine can be pushed deeper into the electronics.

For safety reasons, the machine may be connected via a no-volt release circuit breaker. Once the power supply goes off, the circuit breaker will automatically trip and remain off until manually reset.
