How to identify IC a damage charging adapter?

I want to repair this charger but I couldn't find this IC !!! Charger adapter - Dell 45w ac adapter 19.5V 2.31A Please help me!!!

The original writing seems to have been distributed over the surrounding PCB ! Try a few different angles on the camera + with/without flash to see what makes the existing writing stand out best.

It would be easier to spot if you could clean the top and report the data written on its top surface. In the photos it's too hard to see.
