Hi Jonathan,

If you can't find it (I've not seen such a thing although it may exist), you can get two connectors on flying leads and connect them back-to-back. Or just chop off the end of the power supply and the end of the chain of plugs, and join them together.

Here's a socket on a flying lead (as mentioned, two could be wired back-to-back)

To wire them, a soldering iron can be used and then heatshrink, or there's various other options, an electrician may have easy-install connectors and a small box to house the connections. Or crimping metal tubes are available if a crimp tool is handy. Lots of options.
