Hello
Im looking for the best way(and cheapest) to protect 2 pins on a PIC18F26K20.
We are using a PIC18F26K20 i a Keypad with RS485 connection.
Now we have a customer who want to communicate with the Keypad via TTL and not the RS485, so we plan to take out the DS36C278TM/NOPBDS36C278TM/NOPB and let the customer connect directly to the PIC18F26K20.
But this ofcause mean that we need to protect the PIC18F26K20 against overcurrent.
So my question is if there are some easy, simple and cheap way to do this, The pins the customers will access is PIN 17 and 18.
Best regards
Jacob
