MODEL SIM

Je cherche à simuler un montage à transistor dans lequel je veux faire varier le gain. Quel paramètre dois-je  modifier :

J'utilise LTspice IV. J'avais pensé que c'était la valeur BF mais quand je teste mon schéma suivant :

et que je regarde les courants Ir2 et Ir1 je ne retrouve pas ma valeur de gain (je fais varier mes deux résistances => je vois bien mon T bloqué quand je mets une R sur Vbe pour imposer un Vbe). Tout se passe bien je dirai sauf le rapport Ic/Ib qui ne me permet pas de retrouver mon gain théorique (suivant la datasheet).

 

Pour résumer, si je n'ai pas été clair, c'est de test un montage en fonction varier uniquement mon gain => quel est ce paramètre dans les données MODEL SIM?

    Ton transistor est saturé, normal que Ic/Ib soit différent de Bf (en fait plus petit). Prends R2 à 100k, tu devrais voir le miracle s'accomplir.
