need help with prototype of invention idea

i'm looking for someone/company to make a prototype of my invention idea. it consist of a location device that links a keychain to a cellphone/cellphone casing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQgfBGOIh4k

shows a commercial of a virtual prototype.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you need made for the device? Did you design the entire system and now only need housing for it?
