I've built plenty of these with decade counters, Arduino, Pic, Propeller, and other microcontrollers. The thing is I want to go old school and build one out of nothing but resisters, diodes, capacitors, and resistors. I was a bit fan of Knight Rider and Battlestar Galactica as a kid. Those are the shows that started my obsession with the Larson Scanner curcuit.I am currently trying to use a design for a dual LED flasherwith a larger series of transisters and other componants. I'm using rectifier diodes to keep the loop from feeding backwards into the trigger stage. That is where I keep running into trouble. I get premature triggers across all the LEDs in the sequence. Any schematic suggestions?
