Mark,

I doesn't look lie the Raspberry Pi can support multiple displays (See Here). I'm sure you can use a powered HDMI Splitter to show the same image on multiple displays.

Also check out the Raspberry Pi Group there are a lot of ideas bounced around there about different things that can and can't be done with the Raspberry Pi.
