Hello,
I’m building a musical instrument that has on-board pre-amplification as as a result I need to find some audio ICs that I can use in my circuits that will run off batteries without drawing too much current.
I’ve found the NTE857MNTE857M that seems to be a good solution, but it’s only a single amp; a quad (or even a dual) would be more practical. Do these versions exist?
I have tried the circuit using a TL064 but the sound was not so good. It was better with a set of NE5532s but the batteries suffered.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
