Polarized Audio Waves

Has anyone worked with polarized Audio Waves? How about polarized pressure waves in water or air?

Waves in air or water are longitudinal waves (pressure waves, as you wrote) only. I can't see how they could be polarized the way transverse waves are. Wave oscillation and wave direction are in a single line. Please describe the motion you are imagining.

Polarized audio waves can only travel in solid media, as they are transverse waves, and fluids do not support shear stress.
