Hi to all,
I am working in service & repair. Today I got a dc/dc supply which contains 8 rectifiers HER1607G in parallel where 1 diode of 1 element is broken. So I am looking for a diode HER1607G (Farnell is ditributor aof Taiwan Semiconductors but device is not listed) or an equivalent. I think I must renew all diodes if I use an equivalent but I didn't find one... Maximum voltage is 800V and maximum current is 16A....
Any ideas? Every idea is welcome
