I search information about flex PCB especially for maximum folding angle

I found a document about Flexible PCBs it mentions some things about bend radius on P35 of the PDF (P107 if you looking at the print page numbers).

Look up the marterials Pyralux and Kapton made by Dupont. I once folded some traces completely, 180 degress.
Although, it was an area without components.
