I have several Motorola HNN9009AR: 7.5V/1800mAh NiMH Batteries that go with my Motorola 2-way radio's. The charging base has been lost. Does anyone know the charging ratio if I connect a 12v input charger to one, so that I don't burn it out?

You must use NiMH battery charger. Wrong charger can destroy batteries. If you have 12V power supply, you can add a resistor between power supply and battery to limit charging current to 180mA and charge 12-14 hours. Better it would be to use current source. Best - dedicated NiMH charger with charge termination.
