It depends on how much solar you want to use. You could use a solar panel that outputs 1W or an array that produces 100kW.
Keep in mind: 300kVA is 240kW or 240,000W. This is a lot to ask from a reasonably priced solar system.
A Shott Poly 245W solar system is ~ $331. You would need 978 panels to meet your requirement, to be 100% green. Total price $323,718 Excluding the price of batteries.
This idea only works when there is sunlight.
You could skip large and expensive battery storage and pump the solar energy into the grid.
My recommendation; pick a solar level you can afford. Get a small battery storage system to act as a buffer. Deliver the solar energy to the grid, and reap the price reduction to the electric bill.
