Where can I find the specs of a Lcd

Hi,

 

I have a lcd but I can't find the specs.

Actually,I need to know how to use the pins.

The lcd was extracted from a dead Garmin 60cs GPS.

It is a 21-pin Sharp lcd.

The number I can read on it is: CPWBH2390TPZZ

 

I would like to know if someone knows where I can find the specs for this lcd.

I have made many searches on the Sharp web site and on the web, no result.
