Cable properties - suitably flexible?

Hi

 

I'm just wondering how flexible this cable is? Would a 10 x 0.1mm strands cable like this be the best choice for a situation where I need a short length of relatively thin, flexible cable. The cable is required to sit, temporarily, between two sensitive components, so less strain etc. the better.
