looking for a U209b replacement or original circuit?

i am looking for a U209b replacement or original circuit my electronc wizardry level is verey low so if there is a repalcement circut out there i would not how to check if it is suitable for a replacement part. The circut is for a craftsman bench grinder speed control with a single phase motor.
