Hello,

I would like to know which contacts (to crimp) I need for the plug, respectively socket, UT0W61832 PH/SH, having the cable Belden 9515.

Kind regards,

    Hi Andrea,

The UT0W connectors use the TRIM TRIO size 20 contacts. Here is a link to the Catalog Pages

For the Pins (male) contacts you have some options for 24awg wires.

    Machined Contact Part# RM24W3K

    Formed (Stamped) Reeled Part# SM24W3S26

Formed (Stamped) Loose Piece  Part# SM24WL3S26SM24WL3S26

For the Sockets (female) contacts you have the same options.

    Machined Contact Part# RC24W3K

    Formed (Stamped) Reeled Part# SC24W3S25

Formed (Stamped) Loose Piece  Part# SC24WL3S25SC24WL3S25

In case you need them the recomended Crimp tools are:

For the Machined Contacts Tool MH860 with the Positionner MH86301

For the Formed Contacts Tool Y16SCM3 or Y14MTV

Here is the catalog pages for the Souriau UTOW Series.

Also I just wanted to let you know (cause I've seen so many people try to do it in the past) if you use the same connector with the different contact designation they will not mate together. So if you need any more help with these let me know and I will see what I can do.

    Thanks,

    Jason G.
