mini BGA 8.7x7.2

Hi I need to create a mini BGA component, the dim are 8.7X 7.2 mm and has 48 pins, (6x8), how can I create this BGA that it is not square? the IC is a "ISSI 62WV51216ALL-39230 (BGA)"

Hi,

On page 15 (your pdf) is the detailed land pattern, you need to use the E1/D1 and e, also you can draw the whole IC for placement reasons.

BSC (basic spacing between centers) is e=0.75mm
D1=7e
E1=5e
The pad diameter is b.
